Happy New Year Everyone, my apologies we have been overwhelmed with phone calls and our customer service guru has been out with a medical emergency.  If you have not been able to get through to us,  try to contact us directly via email or on facebook for the fastest response.  I am working hard trying to catch up with everyone's questions.

I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?

If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons: 
1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number. 
2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code. 
3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date. 
4. You have used a canceled credit card to place your order. 
5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned). 

Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal. 

If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number.

How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards. We accept purchase orders from corporations once a credit application is completed and approved. 

Order Confirmation

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received. 

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address* is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from

* We will never share your email address with unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate. 

Order Processing Time

Most orders ship within 24 hours of order placement, provided that the merchandise is in stock. Each product in our store has an estimated time to ship. Please note that if you order multiple products, your order will not ship until all items are available. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. 

Order Status and Tracking Information

We will send you a confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking number (if applicable) or you can check the status of your order on our website at anytime by signing in to My Account (if you created an account). Enter your email address and password to view the status of all existing and previous orders. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.
Title to products which you purchase on the Website, and all associated risk of loss, passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipment carrier. In the event that a product return is necessary, title and risk of loss remains with you until the product arrives at our facility.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We are happy to accommodate changes to your order prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs to return products. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Please contact our Customer Service specialists for all changes and cancellations. 


Our goal is to always offer competitive prices. If you find the same product offered elsewhere at a lower price, please send us email and we will see what we can do. We can't guarantee we will always be able to match their price but we will certainly try.

Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference. 


Taxes will be applied for states within the states that Safariland has a nexus with. These states include: AZ,AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, KS, IL, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, SC,TX, WA, WV and WY.  If you are a tax exempt please contact us prior to ordering so that we may get a copy of your Tax Exempt Cert. and can setup an account for you to reflect your Tax Exempt Status.  For questions please email us at  or call 855-757-5600

Defective or Damaged Items

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only.

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. We will cover the cost of shipping defective and damaged items back to us along with shipping the replacement product back to you.

All Returns must contact us in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

While shopping, we ask you to provide information using online forms. We use this information to process your order, contact you regarding your order, or to answer any questions/concerns you might have expressed. We will not sell, or share any of your personal information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.

When you purchase something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the order dollar amount to your credit card company for authorization and approval. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FedEx to deliver your package.

We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information if required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, and when we believe it is necessary for fraud protection or credit risk reduction. 

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, shall or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that result from your use of or inability to use the site, or from products or services offered on the site, including but not limited to your reliance on any information obtained from the site or the use of products or services offered on the site, that results in mistakes, or any failure of performance, damage to equipment, and/or personal injury or death. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you 

Shipping Disclaimer

We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.

The $8.95 standard shipping method is determined by the shipper and may be either FedEx Ground or Priority Mail via USPS. or First Class Parcel Post via USPS.   Fed Ex Express 2nd day shipping, please be aware that when calculating the delivery time that the day you order or weekend days are counted as additional time.  For example if you order on Monday, the two day delivery time would be Tues & Wednesday, with delivery on the Wednesday.  For some products that we do not manufacture, signature required will be included in the shipping.  This is to ensure that you receive your order and prevent your package from being stolen.  Call or email us if you have questions on delivery options and times. Front Sight Scrapes Holster

Front Sight Scraping on 7TS HolsterIt appears that you are rotating your wrist as you draw the pistol upward, putting pressure on the muzzle of the weapon, toward the front of the holster, before the muzzle clears the top of the holster. In essence you are rotating the muzzle of the weapon before you are actually moving the pistol forward toward the target. This is much like the draw stroke we used to use while drawing from a front break holster. You may try and slightly modify your draw so that it more conforms to the "modern technique" popularized by Rob Leatham in the early 80's and taught by most of us presently. The only real difference is that you will keep your wrist locked at the same angle the pistol is in the holster until you have lifted the pistol a bit higher than you are presently doing before you start the rotation toward the target and before you start any forward motion of the pistol. This allows the support hand to engage immediately while the pistol is close to the torso and in a more guarded position. I call it the "Transition Position" . This also puts the weapon in closer peripheral eye contact with the slide aligned directly under the dominate eye and at the hit spot on the target. As you start to drive the pistol forward out from this position the mind has the ability to achieve better alignment well before the pistol is at final presentation. The draw may appear to be slower but you are actually able to shoot a more accurate shot faster because the mind has more time to align the pistol before it is actually extended. If you try this technique you will find that no part of the front sight will engage the inside of the holster. My book, Be Fast, Be Accurate, Be the Best, more explains the process.
